Measure the drawer in
Internal dimensions. Measure at the tightest point and subtract 1–2 mm (about 1/16 in) so the assembly slides in.

Only affects the material estimate, not the geometry. A baseplate is nearly all shell — the socket walls are a couple of perimeters wide and print solid whatever you set — so this moves the figure much less than it does for bins. It is the slab under a solid plate that the infill actually reaches.

The speed only steers the print time, which is a rough estimate from the filament and the layer count — only your slicer can give the real one.
Staggered offsets joints between rows like brickwork so seams never line up. Fewest plates searches split patterns and picks the one needing the fewest print beds — often pairing two narrow pieces on one plate. For full control click grid lines on the cut map; that switches to Manual.
Tabs on one piece drop into open-bottomed pockets on its neighbour. Assemble on a flat surface, then lower the whole plate into the drawer. Placed at every wall junction along each seam.
0.2 suits most printers. Print the test tile pair first; tighten to 0.15 or loosen to 0.25 from there.
A solid floor puts at least 2.8 mm of plastic under the whole plate, and more when a magnet or screw head is deeper than 2.6 mm, so a pocket always keeps a layer under it. Corner pockets put a small rounded boss under each magnet or screw position instead, leaving the rest open underneath: much less filament and a much shorter print, at some cost in stiffness. Gravity-fit drawers need neither magnets nor screws.
Defaults follow the Gridfinity spec (42 mm pitch, three-part profile, 4.25 mm plate). Change pitch only for non-standard bins.
